Before becoming Head Chef at Butcher and Catch, Chris previously worked as Sous Chef at Brocco on the Park and Head Pastry Chef at the Peak Edge hotel as well as various restaurants and pubs around Sheffield.

Chris’s passion lies in using local and seasonal produce.
